Delivery in Lithuania
After the order is prepared, delivery by parcel machine or courier may take from 1 to 4 business days.
After the order is prepared, delivery by Lithuanian Post may take from 2 to 5 business days.
International delivery (EU and UK)
After your order is prepared, delivery by mail can usually take 5 to 10 business days.
Return terms
If you are not satisfied with the size, color, or simply changed your mind about the item you purchased, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition – labels must not be removed or damaged, and protective labels must not be torn off. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were sent to the buyer. If the items are damaged, have lost their original condition, or are returned later than 14 days from the date of delivery, we have the right not to accept the item and not to refund the buyer.
Return process
If you decide to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email at help@avoole.eu, indicating your order number and the note “Returned items” in the “Subject” line of the email. In the email, indicate the name of the item and briefly describe the reason for returning the item.
If you have decided to use the services of parcel machines to return the items, you can send the items you want to return to the following parcel machines:
OMNIVA – Vilnius MAXIMA Pilaitės (Pilaitės pr. 31)
LP Express – Vilnius Maxima XX (Pilaitės pr. 31)
For other return methods – please coordinate by e-mail.
IMPORTANT! The return service is paid, the return costs are paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item, therefore we recommend sending the returned item by parcel machine or courier. If the item does not reach us, we will not be able to refund the buyer.
Upon receipt of the returned item that meets the return conditions, we will refund the money within 1-10 business days.
Defective product
If you have received a defective product, not the one you ordered, please contact us by e-mail: help@avoole.eu
Upon receiving your letter, we will contact you and agree on the most convenient way for you to return the product, exchange the product or refund the money and we will cover all costs of returning and (or) exchanging such products.
